Manufacturing
Thanks to consistent investments in the renewal and expansion of our machines park, speed and precision are no longer opposites. Depending on the order, we use our CAD/CAM systems and CNC-controlled machines to manufacture your components. No matter whether 3 mm or 3000 mm in size and regardless of the number of pieces.
Quality Assurance
Incessant quality inspections to us are self-understood: every ordered component that leaves our lathes and machining centers goes through a consistently enforced quality assurance process. This includes, among other things, testing with the help of our high-precision measuring equipment.
Assembly
You would like to accelerate your internal assembly processes and are looking for competent support? We do not only manufacture the corresponding components, we are also happy to take over the assembly of subassemblies and plant components according to your design and quality specifications.
Compressor Technology
Inspired by our customers’ orders, and the challenges they face, we have developed various technical aids that make every-day worklife easier where maintenance and repair work is concerned. These include pneumatic and electric rotation devices for compressors, which we successfully sell as far afield as the USA. Our patented, flow-optimized and maintenance-free turbo check valves are even used worldwide.
Additive Manufacturing
For prototypes, small series, complex geometries or components that need to be changed at short notice, the effort of conventional manufacturing is sometimes simply too high. Make use of our state-of-the-art 3D printing technology to meet your needs quickly and easily. Thanks to top-quality composite materials, a high level of strength and durability is guaranteed. Especially since finished steel inserts for threads and bushings can be embedded without any problems.
